I have spent many hours sifting through all the suposed "Pay to surf" sites. I have listed below what I consider the best ones.
If you are like me you will sign up for all of them in hopes that one or two will be real money makers.

The best one (to me personaly) and one that is paying NOW is AllAdvantage. It is the first link below. If nothing else you must check this one out. There are others out there as well, some haven't started paying but these guys have.
